the van jones show

Beck should change the name of his show. And he and other talk show hosts should stop with the self-referential B. S. Who cares what they said three years ago. Glenn’s ‘Van Jones Show’ is very repetitious. But Glenn is a good man trying to find a way to communicate important stuff. I appreciate the space he has opened up on broadcast TV.

The conspiracy of the Left (not to mention Political Islam), complete with it’s bagmen and scammers, is vast. It’s as big as Big Business. Everyday, millions of kids are being primed and ready to enter into the conspiracy by the liberal members of teachers unions. And the adults are kept in line by the media and the habit of hatred for the Right. Many are ready to fight any who would uncover the evil plot of Liberalism. Witness Wisconistan with it’s Union Thugs and Liberal Fascists who are quiet for CNN and the rest of the MSM, but go insane when Fox News tries to cover the Left in full tantrum.

They are expecting the taxpayers who are not part of the Movement to fund it. But they are a bunch of arrogant people. It can’t work.

It’s working pretty well for Van Jones. He will soon have his own show but it shouldn’t be too political. Maybe he can sing. That left-wing jazz does not play well when you need sponsors. I would gladly be his Musical Director, while secretly selling intel to Beck who can’t get enough of the guy.

hero of the story

Watching too many movies. I get free movie channels for 3 months with my new Dishnet. It works fine except when it snows. We are having a blizzard so I was planning on actually reading a book tonight. It stopped snowing so it works again(Thank God, reading involves too much thinking…unless it’s on the Internet of course).

But even more suspenseful than the movies is waiting to find out if I survive the new year and have the price of admission for the next one. That’s a scary movie.

If next week you find that this site is now selling windmills, or organic Viagra, that might be an indication that I have gone under water. Stay tuned for the final conclusion, or continued weirdness.

“Adopt A Sailor” was a really nice little movie I watched this evening. And “Book Of Eli” is great.

click and clack: you’re next!

There have been some really harsh words against NPR this week. One Right-Winger wrote on his blog that “a network by and for fags and fag-hags, that can be forced to impose Sharia Law on liberals like Juan Williams, does not deserve any taxpayer support.”

Strong stuff.

I would say that broadcasts that sound so gay, or are barely audible, only appeal to a tiny minority of Americans (and no one who loves the art of broadcasting). They can hardly be called “National.” They are more provincial to leftist enclaves.

NPR has put Click and Clack on notice. Any bad reviews of the new GM Volt could cost them their jobs.

No wonder there is loud call for defunding NPR and all it’s various tentacles like PRI.

Getting rid of it entirely is possible. The staff of NPR must be forced to go back in time and live with members of CAIR (the Muslim Brotherhood). Since they seem to be taking orders from them, let The Brothers deal with the liberals personally. Let them suffer living or dieing under the Sharia.

breitbart can do it

Who else can come up with an alternative to The Fox News Channel?

For they are not all they’re cracked up to be.

Mr. Breitbart says he isn’t getting rich with all his endeavors. Maybe it’s time that conservatives help him increase his income. With all due respect to Roger Ailes and Capitalism, we need a smart, entertaining Cable TV News Channel to rival Fox News.

I had to add Julie Banderas to my list of people I don’t like there. She is a first rate broadcaster.[Update: I love Julie Banderas, just not her liberal politics. I remember her from her days as a local broadcaster in New York, when she wore glasses. She is as good as anyone on TV. ] But liberals bug me almost as much as that pounding music they play all the time when she gives the news.

Yesterday she showed how Liberalism makes you stupid. She kept calling profiling, in regards to the Undie Bomber: “Racial Profiling.” It’s not the same thing. BANG you’re dead Liberal! PCness Kills.

Bill O’Reilly, Shep Smith, Geraldo, Huckleberry, are only some of the people I can’t watch. Beck is starting to bug me too. Hannity doesn’t do it for me. I also have trouble listening to most of the female broadcasters. Their voices are too high or just annoying.

I can’t listen to Democrat Party Hacks on any station. Fox News is not live most of the time and can hardly be called 24/7. Reruns of news shows and talk radio don’t work. [Update 1-4-10 Beck is back and doing more good work] All in all, Mr. Ailes’ vision does not appeal to this conservative, even though they do sometimes do great work at the Blond News Network.

OK Andrew, let’s do this thing.

I wrote an email to the talk show host Laura Ingraham. I was thrilled to get a quick reply. The Great Ones can also be the nicest. (The Great One himself, Mark Levin, also wrote back to me.)

Laura should definitely take over The Factor and replace O’Reilly. Need I say that I love Laura, the work she does, and believe that as good as her radio show is (her boys do a great job producing it) she is even better on TV.

She brought to the attention of her audience another tragic “honor killing” incident happening in my State of Arizona. The first beautiful girl pictured above:

The victim, 20-year-old Noor Faleh Almaleki of Surprise, remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
